The processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, government agency or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the controller.


Recipient is a natural or legal person, agency, agency, or other entity to which the Personal Data is disclosed, whether or not it is a third party. However, authorities which may obtain Personal Data under a specific investigation under the Union or national law shall not be considered as beneficiaries. The processing of these data by these authorities will be in accordance with the applicable data protection rules for the purposes of processing.
